Hi, everyone! I love these pumpkin pie waffles. We are approaching/approached the pumpkin everything season. So these are the perfect addition to that growing collection of recipes. I’m sure I’m not the first person to think of this recipe (if you want to call it that). But I haven’t heard of anyone else doing it. I came up with this a few years ago. They have become a seasonal favorite ever since. These pumpkin pie waffles are super easy to make and tastes amazing! I’m not a chef by any means so if I can make this so can you.
For the purpose of this blog post I made waffles in my waffle iron but egos taste just as good. Okay, are ready for this? All you do is take your pumpkin pie spread, spread it on your waffles, and add whip cream on top. It’s really easy but it tastes so good. I’ve never timed it before, but I’m pretty sure it takes less than 5 minutes to make. If your favorite part of a pumpkin pie is the filling then these are definitely the waffles for you! I’m not a huge breakfast eater but I eat these all the time from September to Thanksgiving. I think these are great for breakfast or for a quick dessert. The ingredients are listed down below.
